Hyderabad Association Western Australia is a community-based, independent, non-profit organisation run entirely by volunteers and funded by the people it serves.

We exist for the families who left Hyderabad and the Deccan and built new lives in Western Australia — and for the ones still finding their footing. We connect people to each other and to opportunity: an informal network where members exchange ideas, share information, and where employers and job seekers find one another without a recruiter in between.

​

Our work sits on three foundations: health, education, and economic wellbeing. We support families in hardship, help members into work, and stand with the community at the moments that matter most.

• Welfare support for families in financial difficulty

• Employment connections between local employers and job seekers

• Free airport pickup for new arrivals and visiting families

• Funeral and bereavement services

• Income generation support for those rebuilding

• The Sacrifice Project, delivered annually

Where we stand?

HAWA is not a political organisation and does not promote any ideology, maslak, or school of thought. No member may use this platform to advance a personal ideology, business interest, or sectarian position. We are a no-profit, no-loss voluntary body — every rupee and every dollar goes back into the community it came from.
